I hope you had a wonderful weekend and we’re looking forward to another great week here at the lake. It has cooled down a little since the heat wave came through but on Saturday afternoon there was a 23F temperature difference between here and the Balt/Wash metro area and a nice gap between Pittsburgh and here as well. The real estate market here has been bustling as of late and I hear around the office that it seems to be widespread locally. Here are a few stats from June and July seems to be trending even stronger.

I would urge you to read and pay particular attention to the factors of locality (or “hyper local”) and that everyone’s personal situation is different and that’s a major factor about the “right time” to pull the trigger.
